Returns Policy
Steps for returning an item:
If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, a refund, excluding shipping charges, will be given only for any unopened product. Please follow the procedure below for the most efficient service.
- Only unopened/unused products will be accepted for refunds. Items must be returned via a commercial carrier or the post office, at the customers expense, within 14 days of receiving the product. Healthy Living can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned for refund.
- Customer MUST email enquiries@HealthLiving.ie, prior to returning any products, to request a Return Authorization Number.
- The email should contain the original order number and state the reason for returning the product.
- Once the products are returned and in satisfactory condition, a refund will be issued to the customers credit card or a refund will be processed through the customers existing paypal account.
- Regrettably, we cannot give refunds if the above conditions are not met.

All orders are despatched and delivered by recorded delivery, via DHL couriers.
