Steps for returning an item:
If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, a refund, excluding shipping charges, will be given only for any unopened product. Please follow the procedure below for the most efficient service.
- Only unopened/unused products will be accepted for refunds. Items must be returned via a commercial carrier or the post office, at the customers expense, within 14 days of receiving the product. Healthy Living can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned for refund.
- Customer MUST email enquiries@HealthLiving.ie, prior to returning any products, to request a Return Authorization Number.
- The email should contain the original order number and state the reason for returning the product.
- Once the products are returned and in satisfactory condition, a refund will be issued to the customers credit card or a refund will be processed through an existing paypal account.
- Regrettably, we cannot give refunds if the above conditions are not met.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting HealthyLiving.ie, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and HealthyLiving.ie or its associates.DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to HealthyLiving.ie or to products you purchase through HealthyLiving.ie shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Ireland, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate HealthyLiving.ies intellectual property rights, HealthyLiving.ie may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or other court in the Republic of Ireland, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted by an independent Solicitor, the choosing of which will be by mutual agreement. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
