Provides volume and strength for fine hair and normalizes sebum production and helps prevent dandruff. Soothes itchy scalps while gently setting spray for use before blow-drying. Usage
Spray the Hair Tonic onto damp or dry hair. Part the hair then evenly spray the Hair Tonic onto the scalp. Massage in gently with the fingertips. Do not rinse out. For use as a blow-drying spray, generously apply to damp hair.
