Ingredients:

Note: Fructooligosaccarides may intially result in flatulence and/or bloating in some people. These side effects are temporary and should soon stop as the body adjusts. If side effects continue for 3-4 days, consider reducing the dosage.

Directions:

For adults and children (1 year and older) take one sachet initially, and up to four sachets a day if required. For ongoing use one sachet daily will often suffice, but more can be taken as desired.
