I had tried to find the product Biocare Cranberry Intensive in sachet form but could not find it in my usual supplier so I called Biocare who advised me earlier that they no longer supplied this product in the form that I required due to packaging changes but to try on line and some other companies might still have some in stock. I therefore googled and found that Healthy Living had the last two in stock. I therefore ordered them straight away. About 2 hours later, the company called to say that unfortunately, on preparing my packaging for delivery, they realised that the product was a month out of date and extraordinarily advised that they would send them on to me and refund my money for the purchase!!! Obviously, I was delighted as the product will still be completely safe to use - I have some a year out of date in my cupboard! Thank you very much Healthy Living for your honest and your amazing generosity. I will definitely use this company as a first choice when ordering any of the products that they have in stock Thank you very much again!! Yvonne
