Organic wheatgrass is considered a superfood. It can be used for cooking (see directions below). You can also add it to smoothies for extra nutritional value.
Directions:
Contains wheat. Rinse and simmer in 3 parts water to 1 part grain for approx 1 1/2 hours. Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct light sources.
