Buckwheat is a highly nutritious, gluten-free grain. Organic buckwheat can be used in place of other carbs such as pasta, rice, couscous or potatoes.
Instructions:
Rinse prior to cooking. Add one part buckwheat to two parts water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-30 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. May contain stones. Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct light sources.
