Dispatch Times:
Most orders leave our warehouse by 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Fast Delivery:
Place your order before 1:00 p.m. on a weekday, and we’ll aim to have it on its way within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
Weekend Orders:
If you order over the weekend or on a bank holiday, don’t worry — your parcel will usually be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. For most Irish addresses, delivery typically follows the next working day. 🇮🇪
During Sale Periods:
Big events like Black Friday or Cyber Monday can get a little busy, so dispatch times might take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Shipping Cost:
We charge a simple €6.00 flat rate for delivery anywhere within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, no matter the order size.
Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love what you order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple.
Damaged items? Let us know within 7 days by emailing info@healthyliving.ie.
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund.
Refund Policy: Try your product for up to two weeks. If it doesn’t suit you, send it back — you’ll just need to cover the return shipping costs.

Most orders within Ireland arrive within 1–3 working days, depending on when you place your order. EU and UK orders generally take 3–7 working days. We always do our best to get your parcel out as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your products sooner.

Delivery is a simple, flat €6.00 fee anywhere in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. This means no surprises at checkout — just one clear, affordable rate regardless of order size or weight.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Orders over €55 qualify for free shipping within ROI. It’s our little thank-you for choosing Healthy Living and supporting an Irish business.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number from An Post. You can use this to check your parcel’s progress. If you don’t see a tracking email within a couple of days, simply get in touch and we’ll update you right away.
5. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Absolutely. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. As long as the product is unopened and in its original condition, you can send it back for a full refund — no hard feelings!
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your parcel or product arrives damaged, please email us at info@healthyliving.ie within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
7. Do you ship outside Ireland?
Yes, we ship to the UK and EU countries. Delivery usually takes between 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that due to postal restrictions, we currently can’t send liquid products outside the Republic of Ireland.
8. Can I collect my order in-store?
If you’re local to Athy, Co. Kildare, you’re very welcome to drop by our store to collect your order. Simply select the “Click & Collect” option at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your items are ready for pickup — usually the same day or within a day or two.
