This is the premier when it comes to Magnesium, it uses a magnesium citrate that ionizes when you add hot water to the powder. As you add the hot water to the powder the mixture fizzes up and calms down. You can then add in more hot water or fruit juice to taste. This ionic magnesium citrate is one of the most absorbent types of magnesium.


Magnesium is needed for the normal functioning of cells, nerves, muscles, bones and the heart. It is needed for so many functions of the body – everything from muscle cramps to hormonal health. You might want to take magnesium in the evening before sleeping, as its helps the muscles to relax. Directions:

Simply mix in a glass or mug with 20-30ml of hot water. Let fizz, and then stir until dissolved. Add either hot or cold water to mixture and enjoy!
