Simply add Power Greens to water, juice or a protein drink daily.  Before morning training pour over your favourite cereal including healthily options such as sugar free muesli with banana. It can also be sprinkled on top of mashed banana on wholemeal toast.  Why not try the easy option and simply add to your favourite organic yogurt or a protein smoothie. Just add 1 tablespoon to a fruit smoothie, add your favourite fruit and some almonds to taste.
Evening Training Maintenance:
Power Greens can easily be added to your favourite soup or stew.  Why not make a healthy broccoli or pea soup and mix in 1 tablespoon of Power Greens for an extra boost before your training session. Get a quick snack before your evening training session with toasted rye or pumpkin seed bread and homemade hummus simply sprinkled with Power Greens on top. Add to your favourite protein shake or organic natural yogurt.

I like to add power greens to my morning smoothie. Combining fresh fruits, greens, some water and a table spoon of apple cider vinegar is my best breakfast ever!
