How to Use
Mix 1–2 teaspoons (about 5g) with a full glass (250ml) of water or juice. Stir well and drink immediately. Follow with another glass of water. Take once or twice daily, preferably before meals.
Always drink plenty of water when taking psyllium. Not suitable for those with difficulty swallowing.
