I love this chocolate and I find 2 squares suffices when having a cup of tea. I keep it in the fridge and use it for a treat.
I now have introduced this chocolate to members of the family and they love it too. A family member is vegan and I always purchase her a bar and have one in my home for when she comes for a coffee .
I would recommend this to anybody and especially after my mum and dad tried it and gave it the thumbs up ,as they were always
into the large Cadbury bars .
Try out this chocolate, you will love it.

What is Calcium?
Calcium is needed for healthy bones, teeth, nails and muscle tissue. It also assists in blood clotting and heart and nerve functions. Calcium can be obtained through diet or through supplements. There have been recent studies linking taking calcium to increased risk of heart attacks. But these studies have missed the point. Calcium should always be taken with Magnesium and vitamin D. Magnesium is essential to heart health. Calcium is the mineral most likely to be deficient in the average diet. Calcium is most prominent in bones and teeth. Calcium salts make up about 70 percent of bone by weight and give your bone its strength and rigidity.
About 99 percent of the calcium in the human body is held in the bones and teeth. The remaining 1 percent of calcium circulates in the bloodstream, where it performs a variety of important functions. It helps to contract muscles and helps regulate the contractions of the heart. It plays a role in the transmission of nerve impulses and in blood clotting.
Calcium supplements
There are many vitamins that may help with increasing calcium levels in the body. A small selection can be seen below.
