I went into Healthy Living to Kevin and Claire in despair with my skin having tried everything -dry skin with small eruptions of spots and redness across my cheeks ,nose and forehead-they recommended Milk Thistle to detox my liver and after 5 days my skin looks like it did pre-menopause-I also use their Mag 365 for cramps in my legs at night and sleeplessness-it also works wonders-all the staff there are so helpful and really know their stuff.

I wasn’t sure this supplement would work as I’ve tried similar ones and I couldn’t tell the difference, but after a couple of days taking it, I could feel an improvement in my concentration. It helped with fogginess too. Memory not so much, not yet at least. I will definitely keep on taking them.

I ordered two products through the website recently and received a call to let me know that my order was on its way. One of the products I ordered was a vitamin supplement but I was told that they did not have the 60 capsule pack and had replaced it with a 150 capsule pack at no extra cost. Great service.
